Aged Transition is a daily program covering a wide range of in-house and external activities including ten-pin bowling, mini golf, craft, games, music and food preparation.

Age/Transition is involved in community volunteer activities, such as Meals on Wheels and working for the Salvation Army Store. This work gives satisfaction to clients and utilises skills and capabilities ensuring continued active participation and interest.

This service promotes involvement in a wide variety of activities while allowing clients to work within their individual capabilities and ensuring the continued success of the program.

Aged Transition operates 5 days a week 9am to 3pm from the Day Programs centre at Byrnes Ave Tamworth.
