50 years ago we were a small band of parents and friends seeking support services for our children with disabilities.

Today we provide over 600 client services for people with a disability across the North West, Central West, New England and Hunter regions of NSW.

We have established many services for people with a disability in these areas including Residential, Day Programs, Respite, Training and Employment Services.

As a parent driven organisation, Challenge relied heavily on the goodwill of the community to build its first school and day activity centre.

Today, still a parent driven organisation, Challenge has grown to be one of the largest disability support services outside metropolitan Australia.

Challenge has attained ISO 9001:2008 accreditation and continues to strive to comply with and exceed all standards required under State and Federal Disability Services Acts.
