Challenge Timber Products produce high quality, purpose-built outdoor furniture for both the public and private sectors. Whilst providing Challenge Disability Services with a successful business, Challenge Timber Products also provide employment opportunities to 10 people with disabilities.
Importantly, our employees are trained and encouraged to manufacture a high percentage of all the products without staff support. To assist this process our factory premises provide our employees with a wide selection of quality machinery.
Our manufacturing standard is well known with our customer base and can be measured by the amount of repeat and referral business we generate.
Our product range includes:
- Outdoor settings – manufactured using kiln dried Victorian Ash Hardwood and finished with a protective oil stain to highlight the natural wood qualities
- Pallets/crates made to your specifications
- Dog kennels
- Toy boxes/mail boxes
- Blanket boxes/book cases
- Hardwood survey pegs and stakes – painted or unpainted
- Promotional packaging boxes for the Florist and Wine industries
- Display stands
