Post School Support Options include Transition to Work, Day Programs, Community Participation, Life Choices, Active Ageing and Social Connections.
Challenge Disability Services provide Community Participation for people with a disability with moderate to high support needs who require an alternative to paid employment or further education. Community Participation assists people with a disability to develop the skills they need to work towards their goals and increase their independence.
Challenge Day Programs provide centre and community based activities and programs to help people with a disability achieve their goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Challenge Day Programs operate Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 3pm weekly.
The Transition to Work program assists young people with a disability to develop skills and independence to maximise employment goals and sustain ongoing workplace learning and development, as well as support for an independent lifestyle.
