DHASI
The Disability Housing and Support Initiative program provides up to 35 hours of direct support per week for people with a disability who require low to moderate levels of accommodation support.  This service helps people to live as independently as possible. It is also an opportunity for people who are presently living in specialist supported living to move, with appropriate support, into a more independent option if that is the way they wish.

Attendant Care
An ACP Package provides attendant care assistance to maintain individuals aged 16 to 65 years who have a physical disability or who need personal assistance to complete activities of daily living, who are able to manage living in the community and who live in their own home or in their own leased accommodation.

YPLC
Young People Leaving Care is a service provided by Challenge for young people with a disability…
Chris Buckman – Young People Leaving Care is a new model of care supporting young people transitioning predominantly from the DOCS system to ADHC funded support services.

The Leaving Care Program assists young people (18 years and over) leaving the parental responsibility of the Minister for Community Services, to transition and live in their community as independently as possible.  It provides young people with flexible support to meet their changing needs.
